Hello dear Kathleen, shipping to US(NYC) takes about 3~5 days. Delivery time will be 1~2 days. You can expect to receive in about 5~8 days since order. Size S in FFOVM16 is available. Sleeve length is 62cm. It can be made smaller, but I think 62cm is fitting. Thanks, Best regards.
